Meditate (1)

Your Meditative Practice

There are many approaches to meditation. This article describes a simple process that works well for beginners or more advanced practitioners. You will need to set aside at least 20 minutes at a time to begin this process. If you can do 30 minutes or more at a time so much the better. Select a comfortable location where you won't be disturbed or distracted by phones, animals, or other people. Settle into a peaceful place and in a comfortable position which you can hold for the duration of your practice. It is generally more advisable to be sitting rather than lying down, as many people find they are more likely to drift off to sleep if they are reclining. Think of your meditation practice as having several important phases.

Start With Being Grounded

The first process is to center and ground yourself. This helps you settle your energies, quiet your mind, and begin tuning to your inner realms. To effectively meditate you want to relax physically, emotionally, and mentally, so let go of any outside concerns and focus your attention on the present moment. Generally, some form of controlled breathing is helpful at this point. For instance, measured breathing works well to settle your energies by inhaling and exhaling to the same slow count of from one to five, but any form of slow connected breaths will achieve bringing you into the state of stillness from which clarity will emerge.

You may want to spend five to ten minutes just in this phase of your session, as sometimes it takes a little time to quiet the mind from the distractions of the day, and turn your focus to your spiritual work. You may want to accompany your breathing with a soothing visual image such as a quiet and restful natural setting near some calm water.

The process of grounding yourself can be enhanced by directing your intention to form a connection from the base of your spine to the center of the earth. The visual image that I find that works most easily for this is to imagine you are sitting on a tree stump two feet in diameter and the trunk of the tree and it's roots go deeply into the earth all the way to the core. It is important to keep the diameter of your grounding connection the same all the way to the center of the earth. The first chakra happens to be located at the base of the spine and it's energies move downward into the column of energy you have created with your intent and it has a wonderful stabilizing effect on your whole being.

You will find that when you are well grounded that your thinking and memory improve, you are more focused, you feel more empowered, you have more ownership of your space and are therefore not as affected by others, and you will feel more stable and balanced. The grounding does two other important things. It helps to keep you in the present moment, and it gives a place for anything distracting to be released. We tend to pick up energies from other people, organizations, and even places we have been, and these subtle energies have effects on our feelings, ideas and reactions which all interfere with the clear messages which want to come through from your Soul.

Once you establish good grounding hold the intention that it stay in place at all times. You will find it helps you all through the day. In fact, if you turn your attention to it a few times throughout the day you will always be in a grounded state. Then when you are in your meditation practice it will only take a few seconds for you to turn your attention to your grounding and hold the intention that it remove and clear from you any energy that isn't yours or which doesn't fully support you.

Think of your grounding connections function something like a drain in a shower or bathtub; it gives what you are washing off of you a place to go.  You can imagine what a shower would be like if there were no drain. Now imagine that you have no outlet for the energies that you have accumulated.  If they have no easy escape, they will condense and settle into your tissue, organs and systems of your body or stay resident in your aura and energy system. This simple grounding process which only takes a few seconds a day can be of immense value to you.

Center Your Awareness in Your Heart

The second phase of your practice after settling in, relaxing and grounding yourself is to center yourself in a place where you can begin your connection with your True Self. Everyone's consciousness has a point of focus. If you pay attention to yourself right now and scan yourself you can become aware of where your awareness is focused.  It is usually focused on an area that is holding your attention. So if you have a pain in your shoulder, you are likely to find your awareness focused somewhere near your shoulder. If your mind is active it is probably somewhere in or around your head. In some cases it can even be in front of your head. If you are feeling stressed or tense it may be in your abdomen near your solar plexus. Haven't you heard the expression, "What does your gut tell you that you should do about your situations?" When you are tuned into your gut, you will find your awareness focused somewhere around your abdomen.

The third likely area where your attention can usually be found is in your chest or heart area. Some people carry grief, sadness, emotional pain, love or compassion in the chest area. The chest area has another value in the meditative practice and that is the Soul or Higher Self is most easily accessed through the heart center. So for our purposes here, put your attention on your heart center in the upper center part of your chest and reverently say to yourself, "I ask my Soul to emerge in my heart, and rise to the surface." Sit quietly with that for a minute or so to allow yourself to connect with the words and the Soul. You can repeat that request several times and each time deepening your connections with what the words represent.

Connect with your Higher Self

Begin to sense and feel the awareness of the presence of your Higher Self or Soul in response to your requests. At first you may just feel a quietness come over you, but in time there will be more of a presence that emerges. You may also find it helpful to repeat other statements in a mantra like process. Some suggestions are: "I feel my Soul. I feel Divine love in my heart." Some people like to repeat a name of God or a mantra. I cover this subject in another articles titles The Power of Words in Prayers & Mantras. The idea is to repeat something that helps you feel like you are making an inner connection with your divine essence. As you repeat these statements for several minutes you will find yourself connecting more and more deeply each time you repeat the words. You will sink more and more deeply into your experience of discovering your true nature which is an expression of the infinite love and light of God.

This is an ever-improving skill the more you do it.  In time, you will find that you are in tune with your inner guidance nearly all the time. It can become a continuous inner communion and walking with God throughout your day. You will begin to feel a harmony and congruity as you align yourself with your inner guidance, and you will feel "off-track" when you are not. Step-by-step the ego relinquishes control as it realizes you are safe and guided through an inner direction that brings a healing to the parts of you that have lived in separation. Soon you will hear only the voice of God as the other voices become quiet and no longer draw your attention.

Attuning to Inner Guidance

As you listen to the inner voice observe everything you can about it. What does it sound like? How does it feel?  What does it want? After you have gotten in touch with it in this manner, you are ready for phase three which is attuning to God through the repetition of a name of God. There are many sacred names of God that usually have an "ah " sound in them which helps open and expand the heart center. Some examples are, Yeshua, Buddha, Krishna, Rama, Yahweh, Allah, Abba, Amma, Baba, Adonai, Allelula, and many others.  Repeat the name you have chosen slowly, reverently and quietly about every 5 or 10 seconds intending to deepen the connection each time. Call to the light of God and your soul to embrace you and merge into you. After a number of minutes you will notice that a shift takes place within you. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to as much as 30 minutes or more. If you stay with the practice you will feel supported, comforted, and spiritually healed. At this point compare how you are feeling with what you were feeling and experiencing before the meditation.

The meditation itself will guide you in where and how to explore next. You will be taught from within.  Once you feel you have reached a nice state for the meditation through the repetition then practice sitting in peaceful stillness and attune yourself to the subtle impulses that arise. Be willing to stay out of judgment to allow the new awareness to arise.

In the early stages of this practice you may not be seeing, feeling or hearing much of anything and assume you are either doing it wrong, or there is something wrong with you that prevents you from success. Neither of these conclusions are true. Going into judgment about yourself, becoming impatient with yourself or other self-doubts that arise will only keep your opening away. Continue with your daily practice, for no matter how long it takes to open your receptivity, you will succeed if you persist, and the rewards are well worth everything you put into your practice..

Integration

The fourth phase of the practice is integrating your experience before you begin to bring yourself back into your normal day-to-day world. In this phase you relax your mind, let go of the questions, and become still. Sense and feel the peacefulness and expansion.  You will want to rest in this phase for at least 5 minutes, or probably longer.  Give yourself permission to fully surrender yourself and merge into your deepest truth. You may rest in this phase for a little while or a long while. You will know when it is time to integrate the total experience into your everyday consciousness in your daily life.

The fifth phase is to express gratitude for your session regardless of your perception of its nature or quality. Gratitude is a form of surrender that opens you a little more each time you express and feel it. Reconnect your awareness to you five senses and begin to notice what you are sensing. Notice sounds, feelings, sensations, and smells. Take several deep breaths before opening your eyes and savor the smells in the air you breathe and the feelings in your body. Relish the way you feel as you begin to stretch your body. Be mindful of not contracting or tensing at the thought of returning to your normal day. Hold the shifted space of your meditation awareness.

As you return to your normal activities you may think you are losing what you experienced in the meditation, but know that your awareness has stretched from where it was to a new experience of yourself and your spiritual connections. As the day goes on you may find that you "pop" in and out of the awareness gained in the meditation. This indicates that you are, in fact, changing. Notice how the new insights live in the back of your mind throughout the day and give you a fresh experience of whatever is before you. The more you meditate and connect with the inner you, the more you realize that your outer perceptions have been limiting and confining you, and the inner truths of love and light begin to emerge from within you. Your awareness gradually awakens to reveal your inner core essence of love, light and beauty.

The best Chakra balancing Visualization Meditation technique

The best Meditation techniques, and the opening of the balancing of the chakras, visualization meditation. This technique, each chakra color attribute is recovered and used the instrument and that, in particular, the Center to awaken.

Is assumed to start in the first, even if by giving a brief overview of the chakra system and how they work. Chakras are energy, which are located in an astral body, and the change in energy between the 3 bodies forming a man. 3 physical Body is the body, astral body and mental body. Go to the energy inherent in these bodies, increasing the Charka or dropping, if necessary, the energy spectrum.

Each chakra is resident in a particular location along the spine of the case in the center of the head of the Crown and, in particular in the area of health is reflected in our bodies and health systems. In addition, the chakras are responsible for the personality traits and turn these work centers would have to balance the physical, intellectual, is one of the means and mental bodies, as well as balanced. So now that we have a better understanding of chakras, is assumed to be the eastern border of the visualization Meditation technique, which allows you to open, will heal and balance these important centers.

Each chakra is associated with, in particular, the color and concentration and visualization together, this information will help one to promote, in particular, and to assist it in the middle of the opening. Below is the color of the chart, which shows each of the Center, in particular, the color. These colors should be used, Meditation script, as described below.

Chakra color chart:

The root chakra: Red

The sex chakra: Orange

The navel chakra: yellow

Heart chakra: Green

Throat chakra: Blue

The third eye Chakra: Indigo

Crown chakra: violet

-The practice of chakra visualization Meditation technique, one should follow the step-by-step instructions.

1. Either to back up the lie or sit, cross legged position with the back straight.

2. close your eyes and take 5 deep breaths to relax and slow clam in mind.

3. now, begin to visualize, at the base of the North, the red color of the red light Glowing ball. To feel your breath, and move out of this Center, at the same time, to imagine a red ball of light from that location.

4. After spending two minutes is just chakra, the chakra and move up the sex-play with an orange color in the exercises.

5. where the navel chakra is located in the heart of the Center of the solar plexus, the sternum, through all the other chakras, as well as at the level of the level, the work concentrated on the forehead of the neck and throat to fashion in the middle of the third eye chakra.

6. When you have completed the cycle, relax for a few minutes and then Finish by emphasising the Meditation are healthy, balanced, and peace.

The chakra Meditation works the entire chakra system, but if you are interested in opening and balancing on only one side of a Center, you can simply focus on the color of the conclusion of the visualization of the Meditation only a particular Center. Use this method, chakra balancing is very effective, but one should use it sparingly, such as the one is physically able to handle the increased flow of energy, which can occur when the chakras is activated and the file is opened.

Meditation, the Chakras and Kundalini Oh my

Recently I went to a Meditation session, Thousand Oaks, California. Bala, the man who runs it, it is my husband's friends. His background is in engineering, but he has been running Meditation sessions for more than 30 years. He has been calling for us to come over the past few months, so I decided to head down to where it was held in the Office. (Mark remained in the home page of Danny, his 14-year-old).

We sat for one hour and 45 minutes before the start of the session talking about. Bala was waiting in the arrival of the other two, (they never did). That left the three of us, a small meeting room. While we are waiting we are talking about politics, education, global warming and Meditation before the United States-pretty heavy stuff friendly Chat crumbling economic situation. Finally, told two young people "Hey, you guys are the result of me maybe we should start meditating." They thought that it was good as well. We can move the table to one side of the room and sat in our chairs, while Bala stood a thing of the past.

Bala asked us to take our shoes. I really wanted to (my Uggs were sooo comfy). In a spirit of cooperation I have filled in. He told us to make sure that the feet are flat on our backs, and had to direct our hands was faced with k?mmenten, our rounds. Then he told us to close your eyes and let our thoughts are only-do not try to amend them or to get rid of, then only they can.

We've done about 15 minutes. During this time behind me can I think Bala. I recognized his hand above and behind the top of my head. It felt as if he had to spread my head on the top of the Fairy dust by rubbing his flat in conjunction with the k?mmenten-a very interesting sensation. I felt I was in the care of the most magical way.

So the first 15 minutes after he called on us to make us aware of our heads to the beginning. I think this time, our thoughts were supposed to have subsided, they had to (me)-but not entirely. We did this for another 15 minutes and an experienced cool Fairy Dust sensation-courtesy, Bala (and higher).

Then he told us, slowly open your eyes at the same time capable of perceiving what we saw as if we were in search of ourselves from the inside. Had never heard this before from the Meditation techniques, I have read and 133-135. As I did, it brought a sense of calm in my environment. I felt very unselfconscious and light.

At this stage, in front of us and asked us to Bala came to us the information. Definitely I felt better when my eyes are open. I felt uncomfortable sitting there for so long. And more to the idea than I wanted the entire Meditation had problems. Bala pointed out that it was almost 2 hours before we started Meditation and during this time, we had a quite alarming problems. This, he was not the ideal way to spend the time before the next time a different Meditation.

To explain how he felt the blocked energy in my head at the end of the Bala is located in the chakra went, and that this CAP into the after he worked with my energy. This was the first time, I knew that the Bala was the energy of the parantajana. He went to tell us that he has healed the people cancer and multiple sclerosis (not fully smoked, but the impact of recommendations). He spoke to, in particular, those events that I felt as if I was there. I do not believe what he said how he told his story of how I felt after this session, and what I knew him personally. This is the true integrity, a man who does this work for free, and his primary objective is to help the other.

I am fascinated the entire chakra-energy sector, and how it works (and doesn't), and I was actually looking for someone. And so the Universe, it seems, has led me to Bala. Although a lot of work to make home-my private Meditation, reading, writing, and I knew I needed to get certain things reflects-Help.

For me, I still have doubts about the Noise and worries as I would like to be a cross. I understand that these are the heavy slow energy, which prevents the pure creative source, with the flow for me. Is still a difficult (and I'm sure many of you relate to this), unwanted doubts as to the limit and mess up my high energy, high frequency, positive thoughts.

So the process continues. When you try to allow the crown chakra (my head from the top) to be tackled by working together this week to meditate more and focus on this area. My aim is to create a clear pathway for a clean source of energy (our inner source) flow.

Hindu cultural energy, which is within the us are called Kundilini. It is a primal energy that is in sleep mode until we awaken Yoga, Massage, Meditation, or the one with the encouragement of. Then, the idea is to awaken Kundalini meditation, and it is through the body. The ideal situation of Kundalini chakras creates a vertical connection point between the opening of the channel, move to the top of the vertebral column.

Bala explains that it is best to create a small, open the first. Kundalini, which becomes the first bit is a one-string ball, which is wrapped in a ball of yarn such as. The desired result is a healing force, but if too much is released, and you may experience discomfort or pain.

Interesting stuff. I look forward to releasing more of Kundalini and the opening of the chakra so that they can connect, such as they were intended. As I mentioned in the preceding article, if we live our lives as much water, and remain in the place and we would be more peaceful creatures.

If the water is a small hose to a very high pressure through the tubing to the base of the pot are transferred, such as by passing around a landing. It rises quickly and naturally rises upwards and outwards. To transfer smoothly through the open channel to the outside world is freedom. When expressed in it to the simple and sabbatical for all it touches.

I magmunimuni the next time I do it my intention to keep water liquid, such as giving, ep?itsek?s, and nurturing.

Open Chakra Chakras, with a Guided Meditation

The seven Chakras are all from within ourselves the energy source. Each is used for a particular purpose. What they have in common is, it is important that each open and balanced from time to time. Here to discuss the Chakras, open to another or guided Chakra meditation through the air, with a particular focus on one (1).

Reiki Master may treat you and help you harness the spiritual power. Part of the healing exercises in each of the Chakras, taking into account, in particular those that are closed or the balance. They shall be determined on the first listening to you, but as they continue their treatment, they also identify the energy blockages and imbalances that exist anywhere.

The improvement of the efficacy of Reiki and to learn from within easy If you have an open mind. All of the Reiki Master makes is harnessing the patient's energy use. This means that the treat yourself and open each of the Energy Centre itself.

Meditation is a great way to open the energy centres and spiritual balance. With each as the spinning wheel for optimal speed and orientation of the spinning should think about. Thus you can imagine, this is the wheels are spinning in the wrong direction or the wrong speed.

Guided Chakra Meditation, using a variety of methods, is very popular. Some of the methods of the join exercises with the air conditioning-inhalations and exhalations are calculated according to the structure or a guide to meditation. This is a very popular Yoga myself. Other join, guide to Meditation and to allow the focus to the mind in a structured way of music or rhythm. Different approaches work better for different people in Meditation, so it is important so that you can find that is ideal for you to try.

For more information about how to meditate-from the beginning-in the form of (a)

What is God's Will? Before all actions ask yourself what is "God's Will" for you in this moment. Read further if you wish to Learn How To Meditate. This is advanced preparation for this beginning Meditation. Enter this moment with an open mind and heart. The Purpose of Meditation is God Contact! Come back when ready --suffer less, give up fear, evolve, remember, learn.

Refrain from red meat and pork. Try to cut down on dairy and all meat. Do not smoke anything for several weeks or do alcohol or drugs if you are serious about learning to meditate. Strict vegetarianism will facilitate this process (this is not a requirement but is strongly suggested). Think Ayurvedic. Do not combine meditations. Don't do this opening focus while driving.

If you know Yoga or how to stretch -- do a few moves you love slowly and consciously (such as the "Sun Salute" prior to beginning). Take a breath. Ok now unplug your phone, turn off your beeper and disconnect all electrical devices that could interfere with your-time: the next hour, lock your door, hit the restroom, loosen the top button on your pants... Take a breath. Find a place where you live that you will not be disturbed and where you can regularly do this. Get comfortable (shoes off, sit on a wool blanket facing East -- have the blanket below your feet wrapped over a chair -- an armless straight backed chair ).

Slowly exhale all the air in your lungs and then observe your lungs as they refill on their own. Shut your eyes (you might read through this easy Meditation a few times. Or even tape record it and listen to it while you do it for the first few times until you learn it). Make time for God now. You will always be busy...do this now for yourself and for humanity! Meditation is silence, stillness, atunement to God.

Meditation is the actual knowing not as a theory or belief -- but an actual experience of God -- a knowing. God is ever present -- all around and through our very being. There is no separation. There is oneness. The Kingdom of Heaven IS within you (and all around you). Remember even Science thinks now of the atom as being Light! God is Light! All is God. Your attention should be 100% focused on God and the starting point for that is in front of your forehead between your eyebrows (actually about 3 inches in front of your forehead).

Start by sitting on the floor reach down your leg (first to the left leg (take your time) and then to the right leg (slowly stretch with consciousness) -- then reach toward both legs at the same time grabbing wherever it feels right to you -- not forcing or to the point of pain. (If you feel emotion such as sadness do not hold back. Let yourself go for a few minutes.) Then relax. Breath. Consciousness IS Soul. You are Soul. Keep your attention in front of your physical forehead.

Meditation Technique "Your Soul is ever one with Spirit." Formal: Part One

Exhale all the air in your lungs. Take a deep deep breath through your nose. Hold it. Exhale. Do this ten times. (Hold a count of 10 ((whatever you can do comfortably)) or more -- equal inhale, equal hold and equal exhale).

* Hold a seed thought in your mind (ok to make one up): "I love you God" or "I am That I am" or "I and my Father are One!" or "OM."

*Now Relax your body. Relax your feet and toes. Relax your lower legs and upper legs. Relax your thighs & butt. Relax your stomach muscles. Relax your chest and back (lower, middle and upper). Relax your arms and hands and fingers. (Take your time, breathe fully). Relax your shoulders and neck muscles. Relax your face and the muscles behind your eyes. Relax your forehead and scalp.

Now, Allow a feeling of well being to permeate your entire physical organism. Silently sound an OM using your throat muscles. Notice if your stomach or some part of your body is still tight. Relax that part. Take a deep breath.

EMOTIONS

*Relax Your emotions. See your emotions as a quiet pool of water. Remember Thou Art Soul ever connected to Spirit Divine. We are all children of God made in his image and likeness. We are never separate from Him except by our own conscious or unconscious choice(s).

You have the right to be here. Allow your emotions to quiet down. They are calming, relaxing. Letting go of the day -- of the week. The past and future do not exist here. All is now. Have your attention in the area of your forehead. (Try to see or feel a small golden sun -- the Christ Consciousness center there aka Ajna). Notice if you are breathing. See your emotions as a quiet pool of water. Just witness them. Consciously choose to listen to God. Silently sound an om using just your throat muscles.

* Mind

Watch every word, thought and action in your daily living. Watch every reaction within yourself. Now watch your thoughts. Allow your thoughts to quiet down. Your mind is quieting down. Your thoughts are quieting down. Allow your thoughts to cease. Just witness them. If they are there accept them. Relax. Breath. Silently sound an om using your throat muscles.

Simple Meditation Technique Continues Part One - B:

Now pay attention to the point between the eyebrows (a little higher--about 1-3 inches in front of your physical forehead). It is known as the Ajna center* or the Christ Consciousness center -- point of will. Christ-ness is your potentiality. One of the main reasons we are here & incarnate over and over again on Earth until enlightenment is reached or remembered. The word Ajna is short for Arjuna -- Arjuna was a disciple of Krishna (The Hindu Christ who came 5000 years prior to Jesus Christ).

Put your attention there at Ajna. Exhale all the air in your lungs slowly. Now inhale slowly through your nose with your attention and eyes focused upwardly -- but not to the point of strain. (Practice this having your eyes in an gentle upward direction to the Christ Consciousness center often as you can for the next six months while your deeper connection is being built).

Do the seed thought and breathing with your attention here at the Christ Consciousness center. "I am the soul here and now, I am that I am." In the course of your day say aloud often: "Persona get thee behind me I the soul shall lead." (Whenever needed). One is not the body, emotion or the mind. One is the Soul ever connected to Spirit. There is no separation. God is Love and Light.

Now move your body, emotions and mind into the small unit in front of your physical forehead called the ajna center. And silently sound an OM uniting them into one unit receptive to the overshadowing spiritual soul. (Use your throat muscles as you silently sound an om with your attention in front of your forehead--your eyes are in a slightly upward direction). Ajna (also known as the Christ Consciousness center) is the sixth chakra. This is your point of reference from now on -- whenever possible throughout the day. Pull here wherever you go whatever you do (continuously) -- throughout your day. The Christ Consciousness center is the switchboard for all the chakras from heart down.

Knowing God and serving God and his creation is this path. The path of wisdom. It involves much much more. Fear Not. "Spirit Is Truth." God is Love. "Love is an act of Will!" Take a slow breath -- fully empty your lungs then refill them. Now breathing with your attention focused at Ajna think of the creator put your attention over and over again back at the ajna center. Send Him your love and feel thankful for all you've been given. And are. Send that Love to your own family whether within incarnation or not. Take a few minutes. Now send that love to your friends. Your attention is at Ajna. This love is being sent like a pebble being tossed into a still lake. Don't go with the ripples -- stay focused at the ajna center allowing the ripples (of love) to go outward to your family and friends and so called enemies and outward to humanity (and all the leaders in this world). Finally allowing (sending / receiving) Gods' Love and Light to pour through your own mind and emotional body and physical body outward to all humanity.

Remaining at ajna being receptive to God's will and energies -- doing nothing but allowing his Love and Light to pour down to and through you (outward via ajna) to humanity and all the kingdom's of nature. Now sound an Om. Three times aloud.

om peace amen.

End of formal beginning to a particular type of meditation.

Will to Love even when difficult. Where more people meditate crime falls. Health improves.

Rob Gustaveson

P.S. We are born in innocence and we die in purity.

Fear not for all is illusion. God is Love and Love is the foundation of all that is. I practiced this meditation for 10 years and it went much deeper. My teacher Georgia Lambert was the 1st person licensed by the State of California to teach Meditation/Esoteric Disciplines. I took a number of her advanced teacher training courses. There are many wonderful paths that work. I love them all. Including Sufi Dancing. Yoga is real Meditation too.

God Bless.

Note: I have found the "Spirit" (of God) in many churches (religions, paths) and in nature -- no one has a monopoly on Truth! Live the heart of your religion. Live your path fully -- totally -- 100% -- try not to mix paths. (If we all Meditated frequently I think there would be no war). This week and year use the breath and seed thought. Watch your every thought word and action. See how many times you react (tighten your stomach, judge etc.). and if you can pay attention to these reactions non judgmentally. Do they serve you. Keep your attention in the small golden sun located three inches in front of your physical forehead. Ajna/will center/Christ consciousness center. Even if you don't see or feel anything there keep meditating & keep your attention on ajna all the time. God. Love. Light.

Om Peace Amen.

6 Steps of successful Meditation

Meditation is a very personal experience and you will see that what works well for one person may not work well for you. First, the question is whether the are meditating properly, and if you are using the correct technique. To alleviate the concerns, there is no right or wrong way to meditate. However, the petition to prepare yourself to get there, most of the session.

1. Wear comfortable clothes: it's a good idea to use something that is not binding and are not distracting. The floating farms in the clothes, which allows you to move and breathe freely in the body are preferred. Fit the Loose organic cotton works perfectly.

2. search for your site: find a place where you feel peaceful and ease. Good energy in the form of on-the-spot checks, that is safe and free toimintarajoitteinen is necessary. Perhaps, in your yard, or in the room, which is soft and pleasing to the eye and the senses in the wood. Regardless of what Position you select, you must be comfortable there. Most of us can find a place that feels just right. Is not a logical reason for this, as it seems only right. Use your intuition and you get to know the right place to meditate. When you want to search for the development of the various places to meditate. There is a different energy structures, and different kinds of experiences can be found in different spots.

3. Click to select the best location: there are a number of databases you can access and the hard and fast rule does not have the correct one to use. I prefer to sit cross legged soft thin cushion. From the beginning, it is easier to sit in the Indian style of football, without moving the feet at the top of the opposite foot. As you can get the flexibility you can philosophy is called the half lotus's traditional style. More important than you are seated in the style is to make sure you keep the back straight. This support allows the energy of the body freely. It will Allow your chakras and to speed up the Meditation experience. Uncomfortable is the first, so you may not be recommended. If you can only contemplate the beginning for five minutes, then that is good enough. Try each of the session, and in a short amount of time you are doing twenty minutes with Meditation is not a problem. It is also helpful if you include some Yoga daily routine set your own kernel, and allow the body's energy points. This adds considerably to the comfort and effectiveness of the session.

4. Select the type of Meditation: rather than explain the different methods of meditation I propose it, which I think is the most effective at the beginning of the Meditation. Locate the soothing music, which you can listen to with headphones set. The music is pleasing to you and not distracting. The music does not have a connection to the unit but rather as a tool for Meditation is used to make deep in the meditatiiviset State. There are many Meditation audio tracks and should be able to find something you want to help make them more effective. I would also recommend music include the use of binaural technology. This technique has great support for the program so that it will help you achieve the correct brainwave State, who are deeply concerned by the current session. Remember that music is the only tool that allows you to go looking for consciousness. You may find, as you get more experienced, you don't need to achieve the State of the music. Are training in body and mind, the special feeling, and soon to enter this State seamlessly at will. Looking for a different State is for all of us, but when it reaches you.

5. to meditate your chakras: the body's seven main chakras points, but we only contemplate, three of them. This Meditation technique to focus on the polar-heart Chakras, and a third eye. When you start a session, you can start by focusing on the Arctic-chakra. Place your focus in this area of the body, and any other location. If it allows you to place two fingers on the concentration of this chakra allows you to focus on in this area. If you find your mind, gently bring your focus back to the hyperspace invader-chakra. This chakra gives you more energy for the huge number of security levels. You can spend about five minutes for each of the first chakra. When you become a pleasing increase in ten minutes, and then click 15 minutes. Include only three chakras were discussed and you can see, do not have to waste time at this stage, the other chakras. These three are quite effective in opening and cause an awareness of the depth of experience. As you can receive expert Meditation, you may want to experiment with the other chakras. It is completely up to you, but I recommend against this first. Use this form to Meditation is complete before you can hope to get the other chakras meditating.

6. Non-idea: the entire Meditation session is essential, in practice, is not thought of. This will get easier as you progress in your own education. When you know your mind starts to wander slowly and bring back to your own awareness, which is one of the chakras to the attention of the coordination centres. This is one of the very things we can do, because we have not been trained to be quiet and listen to our inner voice. It is the inner voice, which does not have a voice, if truly remarkable insights and understanding. It is our gateway to our subconscious, which plays a key role in the ultimate friends and an explanation of the campaign. Meditating with the help of these efforts in mind for the Actual power consumption of the mystery and the place in the universe.

The other is not an absolute right or wrong way to meditate, and we can achieve results directly related to the expectations. If the expectations of the creation of additional stress free life, so that it is to be achieved. I will tell you, however, that if you can make a thorough assessment of the effects you can achieve higher expectations, and one of the by-products of more stress free life.

How to meditate: 10 Meditation techniques

Benefits of Meditation:

* Greater clarity of thought

* More peaceful states of mind

* Enhanced ability to concentrate

* Increased creativity and intuition

If you're new to meditation, your mind is running around, with thoughts like: "What should I do? Is this really all there is to it? What am I supposed to feel?"

Meditation Technique #1 Be Consistent Choose one time of day that you can easily work into your schedule. The benefit of meditating at the same time each day is that your biorhythms will naturally adjust to it as a habit, like waking, eating and falling asleep. Your nervous system will grow accustomed to meditating at a particular time allowing you to enter deep meditative states more easily.

Make sure your phone is turned off. If you have children, set aside a time when they're at school or asleep.

Meditation Technique #2 Create Your Space Create a boundary between you and the outside world even if you're only meditating for ten minutes.

Meditation Technique #3 Where to Meditate? Reserve a special place in your home to meditate. It can be as simple as setting aside a comfortable chair or pillow, or an entire room if you have the space. Place a candle, flowers, or any special items that have spiritual meaning for you on a table as an altar.

Creating a place that is reserved for meditation helps because Spiritual Energies gather in the place where you meditate; making it easier each time you sit in the same spot. Like going to a temple, church, or place of worship, with regular practice all you will need to do is sit in that place to feel settled, calm, and relaxed.

It can take many months of meditation to attain theta levels consistently during your meditation practice. Sacred Ground helps you to achieve those levels sooner, so that you can begin to experience the life-changing benefits. Whether you're a new meditator, or are experienced, let Sacred Ground take you to your inner world.

Meditation Technique #4 Create a Reverent Atmosphere Invent your own soothing ritual before you meditate. Maybe it's at night after a bath, or at dawn before the rest of the world is awake. Light a candle, take a few deep breaths, and dedicate your meditation to the unfoldment of your highest potential. Say a prayer, chant or burn some incense if you wish. A tranquil and reverent atmosphere helps to induce a meditative state. Some people find Meditation Music helpful.

Meditation Technique #5 Position Yourself for Meditation Sit with your spine straight. Use pillows behind your back for support if needed. It's important to have your spine straight so energy can travel freely up and down your spine. You may sit cross-legged or on a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. You can also lie down, placing a pillow under your knees. If you tend to fall asleep when meditating, it's best to sit up so you can stay awake.

Tip: Theta is the frequency of meditation. Because theta is right on the edge of delta, associated with sleep, it's common for beginning meditators to drift into a nap instead of meditation. If you fall asleep easily when meditating try using Brain Power. It harmonically layers theta waves with very high beta frequencies to keep you awake and alert.

Meditation Technique #6 How Long Should I Meditate? How long you meditate each day depends on you. A good beginning is 10 to 15 minutes per day. You might find that you naturally expand your meditation time by adding five minutes here and there. Another way to expand the time you meditate is to set a goal of adding five minutes each week until you adopt a natural rhythm of twenty to thirty minutes. One of the pitfalls of beginning meditators is to be too ambitious. Trust your intuition and start off with an amount of time that feels comfortable for you.

Advanced meditators usually spend an hour per day in meditation. If you can gradually work up to forty or sixty minutes the better your progress will be. Consistency brings remarkable long-term benefits.

The key is to do it every day. The effects of meditation are cumulative. Richard Davidson, a professor of psychology and psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin says, "Modern neuroscience is showing that our minds are as plastic as our bodies. Meditation can help you train your mind in the same way exercise can train your body." Therefore, each and every minute you meditate you're enhancing the biochemistry of your brain, building muscles that increase your mental, emotional and spiritual potential.

Meditation Technique #6 Sit, Breathe and Relax When you meditate, take long slow deep breaths. Send the breath deep into your abdomen and then breathe out. Each time you breathe in imagine cleansing energy infusing your body. When you breathe out, ask your body to let go of tension and stress.

Tip: To quiet a busy mind count each exhalation, starting with one going up until ten, then begin the cycle all over again. If you forget where you are, go back to one and begin again. Do this for ten minutes to slow down mental activity. In the beginning many thoughts will come and go. When you notice you are thinking, bring your attention back to your breath. Linger on the peaceful space that lies between your thoughts. In time the space will expand.

Meditation Technique #7 Relax with a Body Scan A body scan calms your nervous system, releases tension and helps you feel embodied - sometimes we spend so much time in our heads that we forget we have a body. Practicing this exercise for five or ten minutes is a meditation in itself. It's also a wonderful way to settle down before you meditate.

To begin, direct your consciousness to explore your left foot. Feel the physical sensations inside and around your foot. Then move your consciousness up your left leg, to your knee, thigh and into your left hip. Imagine traveling through the arteries, tissues and bones. You might come across energy blocks or areas of numbness. You might feel tingling vibrations, as the cells come alive from your conscious attention. Observe the sensations. Experiment with how you can tell muscles to relax and let go simply by directing your will.

Do the same with the right foot and leg up into your right hip. Direct your awareness to the root chakra area - abdomen and buttocks. Next explore your stomach, heart and chest, traveling up to your throat. Then move down to your left hand, feel the sensations in each of your fingers, and travel up your arm to your left shoulder. Repeat with the right side. Explore your neck and throat; notice how you can relax and expand your throat. Travel into your brain, let your face and jaw relax. Allow the muscles around your scalp, temples and forehead to soften and relax.

Tip: EEG (electroencephalogram) research has revealed that when the forehead, temples and scalp are relaxed, theta activity moves more easily into the frontal cortex. When those muscles relax you are able to go deeper into a meditative state.

Meditation Technique #8 How to Deal with the Mind Gain the benefits of meditation even if you're a new meditator. Balance your Chakras, become positive and reduce anxiety; strengthen your immune system, and develop your creativity, just by listening to Deep Meditation.

The first goal of meditation is to notice and quiet random thoughts. In his book, Learn to Meditate, David Fontana, Ph.D. says, "By watching your thoughts and learning to identify them as distractions you have begun the path of meditation."

As you practice meditation you'll become aware of how your mind runs around in circles with many different thoughts and memories. At first your mind will be like a chatterbox, shifting from one concern to another, this is natural. You might catch yourself thinking about work or solving problems. You might worry about something that hasn't happened yet or remember things you forgot, like paying your credit card bill.

Meditation Technique #9 Label Your Thoughts Observe the quality of your thoughts and then label them. "These are busy, work thoughts," "These thoughts are negative and limiting," or "Here we go again with my To Do list." Then gently return your attention to your breath and expand into the space between your thoughts.

Each time you identify the quality of your thoughts, you are making enormous strides in meditation that will inevitably unfold in your life. In time you will become a keen observer of your inner world. You'll notice when you've fallen into negative thinking and you'll learn to redirect your attention to thoughts that expand and enhance your sense of self.

The highest level of thought is positive. Positive thoughts soothe your nervous system and encourage states of wholeness and well being. If negative emotions arise, such as anger, regret, fear or sorrow, label them and then gently shift your attention to something positive.

Meditation Technique #9 Meditate Upon Your Divine Self A powerful practice is to meditate upon your divine self, the self who holds vast potential and gifts. Use your imagination to discover the magnificent being within. Drink from the well of knowledge that will multiply your joy and fulfillment in life. Exploring and contacting your divine nature is what meditation is all about. Guided Meditations that will help you create nurturing states of being and contact your higher self: Guided Meditation, Retrieve Your Destiny, Fulfill Your Heart's Desire, Living Prayer.

Meditation Technique #10 Finish with Feeling At the end of your meditation session, just sit for a moment, feeling the energies moving in your body. This pause before you leap back into the world allows you to integrate the meditation session into your daily life.
